Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’ve worked with children in a few different settings. I’ve worked at a daycare, where I cared for children ages 1 to 4 helping with daily routines like playtime, meals, and nap time. I’ve also volunteered in classroom settings, assisting with activities and supporting teachers. I’ve also worked as a summer camp counselor where I guided fun activities and helped create a positive environment. As a babysitter/nanny, I’ve provided pick up and drop off, as well as care and playtime.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing activities that let kids explore their creativity! Arts and crafts are a favorite, whether it’s painting, making fun crafts, or creating little masterpieces together. I also enjoy playing outside, where we can run around, play games, or simply enjoy the fresh air. I’m always happy to get down on the floor to play with kids, whether it’s building with blocks, having a pretend tea party, or joing in on their imaginative games.

The most imporanrt part about being a nany is creating a safe, nurturing, and fun enviroment where children feel loved and supported. Helping them grow, learn, and feel confident in themselves is what makes being a nanny so special to me.

One of my favorite memories was when I was playing outside with a little boy who loved prenteding to be a superhero. He asked me to be his sidekick, and we spent the next hour saving the world by running around the yard jumping over imaginary obstacles and stoping villians. At one point he stopped and said “You’re the best sidekick ever!” It was such a sweet momment.
