I remember my first year working at a summer camp I was a camp counselor for young girls whose ages ranged from (3-9). After the many activities performed throughout the day the children have some time to play with each other until their parents arrive and while they were playing the young girls took it upon themselves to write sweet; empowering messages to me explaining why they enjoyed having me as their camp counselor. Overwhelmed with gratitude and love, I remembered in that very moment why I enjoyed working with children:). It was the sweetest thing ever!
