A little bit about me

I am a retired Foreign Service woman who has seen the world. I returned to university in my early 50's to pursue a further degree and taught English (to help pay for my studies) as a second language to both children and to older adults. I enjoy teaching English to both children, as I speak Spanish, as well as to adults, so I could help them succeed in their careers. I have done a great deal of babysitting in my past and adore reading stories to the little ones! I also adore playing games with them.

I am an animal lover! When I lived in Belgium, I had a lovely female labrador who I would come home to from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization each day, and walk her as I knew she adored walks and would get lonely if I left her alone for the entire day.

To tell you a little more about myself, I am now in my early 60's and am very kind, caring, and compassionate, and would enjoy caring for your child, whether young or a little older! I look forward to meeting you!
