I was a nanny for two twin boys age 2, I worked in a day care for about two years with a wide range of kiddos, and have done some babysitting here and there as well. I was a prior nanny to two twin boys and loved every second of it! I have also worked in a day care for years and I have done a lot of volunteer work and babysitting throughout the years.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I have all sorts of activities I could do with children, indoor and outdoor. I love to have fun but also to help them learn new things! In the past I’ve done arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, park runs, zoo trips. Etc.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love building relationships with the kids. I want to be someone they can trust and turn to if they need anything. I love to be a support system when their parents need me to be! :)

The most important part about being a nanny...

When I was a prior nanny, I had a little boy who continuously cried when I put him down for nap time. After awhile I ended up going back in there, took him out of his crib, laid him across my chest, and rocked him to sleep. Within minutes he fell asleep in my arms. Sometimes the little things remind me how much value I can bring into these children’s lives and that inspires me to continue on in this industry. I’ll never forget that memory.
