My favorite nanny moment is when I see children I’ve cared for feel happy, safe, and excited to spend time together especially when we’re doing simple things like playing outside or creating something fun and they’re fully engaged and smiling. I also really enjoy those moments when a child learns something new or feels proud of themselves, because I know I’ve helped support their growth in a small way.
