The most important part about being a nanny...
Is not taking yourself too seriously. Kids love to play and have fun. Sometimes they want you to dress like a superhero to the store. Or play dinosaurs with them roaring and all. You gotta be able to forget about what other people are gonna think or how ridiculous it might feel. At the end of the day it’s all about making the kid happy and having fun!
My experience with special needs children...
I and my little cousin have ADHD and dyslexia so I know how to help with those symptoms along with give strategies that have helped me and her!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Was when I was playing with one of the kids and I had to leave and he held on tight to me and begged me not to leave. Took everything in me to leave after that!
