What matters to me about being a nanny is knowing there parents are trusting and allowing me to be a nanny and having there kids around me and the kids are comfortable with me. I think it’s important to have and grow a bond with the kids and parents even if you just started working as a nanny. I feel like respecting people boundaries and there feelings as well so there is good communication and no misunderstanding. Everyone is happy.
