My experience with special needs children...
I work at a public library and we have group homes of special needs children, adults, etc that will come in together. They’re one of my favorite regulars. It has taught me how to communicate with many different types of people and I’m very thankful. I also did what my school calls “Peer P.E.” and that’s when you’re partnered with a child that has some form of disability or is special needs. I loved getting to know them all and all their unique amazing personalities!
