Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was enrolled and completed two courses at school where I worked with kids ages 5-10, at an elementary school as a peer tutor/assistant. I also took a child development course in school.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love creating new and fun activities fit for each individual child to enjoy based on their interest. I love doing arts and crafts and allowing children to explore their creative side. I also like to incorporate activities that are fun but also an opportunity for children to learn new things (i.e: science related activities).
The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe that the most important part about being a nanny, is genuinely enjoying being one. Although it is a job, you are working with children who are all unique and still require love and attention and to be treated as humans not a job. They absorb and observe those around them so I believe it's also important to be a positive influence in their lives.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment as a nanny was definitely watching one of the children I cared for grow up and seeing their achievements no matter how small or big! For an example, I worked with a child who had a hard time expressing their emotions, so I recommended a breathing exercise to help regulate their emotions to be able to communicate clearly. After that, the child used that technique regularly and it helped them tremendously! Seeing the positive impact that I had on the child, was very rewarding.
