A little bit about me

My name is Ja'Nya, or Nya for short. I'm from the Verona area and have been babysitting and nannying for 9 years. I started when I was just 9 around my neighborhood watching my 5-year-old neighbor. And my babysitting continued since. I have worked with children from 3 months to 14 years old. When working with kids, my main goal is to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. I hope not only to teach but also to learn from the kids. My care includes light housekeeping, homework assistance, potty training, activities, educational activities, and more upon speaking.

Starting in January 2025, I will be spending my free time as an Emergency Medical Technician student at Community College of Allegheny. I enjoy spending time with friends and my dog when I'm not in school or working. Some hobbies I like to do are baking, cooking, crafts, and advocacy work.
