At my church we have this program called Children in Action. I decided to volunteer and be more involved in my church. At first I didn’t think anything of it but after a couple weeks I fell in love with teaching the kids, doing activities with them, and getting to know the other families in my church! I have volunteered in the children’s program at my church for 5 years now and can say that I have learned how to communicate with all different ages of kids and truly understand there needs!

A few of the activities that I like to do with kids at my church is: have a dance party, teach them a new verse, color, play outside, do crafts, and learning games!
A few activities that I like to do with my siblings is: sew, bake/cook, play on slipping slide, ride bikes, go to the zoo with them, have a dance party with them, color/draw, crafts, go canoeing with them, jumping on the trampoline, playing hide and go seek, playing ball, watch a movie on a rainy day, play with sensory toys, and read them a couple books before bed!:)
