I frequently take care of my family members children when they come over or need a babysitter for a while. I also take care of one of one of my little cousins every other week as his father is my neighbor so he comes over extremely often.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Something I love about taking care of children is seeing what they like to do and their hobbies. I love playing games with them such as video games, card games, and board games. I also don’t mind playing outside with them or trying out fun and easy crafts even if I have never done them before I love to learn new things.
The most important part about being a nanny...
To me the most important thing about taking care of any child is communicating with them and teaching them the things they need to know. I always speak to children like they are people but still in an appropriate manner.
My experience with special needs children...
I don’t really have any experience with special needs children but I believe that I am a very calm and patient person. Another thing is that I love to teach children life skills or other simple things they need to be taught.
