My name is Jackie and I am a graduate of Illinois State University. I have always loved working with children, and have held babysitting jobs since I was 12 years old. I also have two younger brothers and over 15 younger cousins, so I have always had the responsibility of watching over the younger kids. My family and friends immediately saw how good I was with them. I have also worked at several summer camps over the years, including a camp for children with a wide array of developmental disabilities. I have watched girls, boys, babies, toddlers, and school-age children. I love children, and I find joy spending time with them- it is a rewarding experience. I am CPR certified, and have taken several babysitting courses that deal with First Aid training. I am an active person. I do a lot of yoga, and I like to stay in shape. I love listening to music- everything from Al Green to Michael Jackson to Jack Johnson. I love watching movies, drawing, and writing. And I speak French!
