I was a counselor at a vbs (vacation bible school) I took care of a group of 20 or so kids ranging form pk to kindergarten for about 5 to 6 hours for about a week each summer

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

A good indoor activities I think are puzzles and board games. I'm not a big fan of the TV and would prefer to not have that be apart of our time. Good Outdoor activities I think would be some field games or art Projects.

Listening to everyone.

My experience with special needs children...

I have lot of experience in this area. There has been multiple instances where there was a kid who required some extra attention, and I seemed to be the only person the kid would listen to, I'm not aggressive with any children to "make" them behave. I believe no matter the situation if you can communicate your needs to each other then you can help them work through anything.
