A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Jacob, I am non-binary and use they/them pronouns. I am 23 years old and just recently moved to Los Angeles! I've worked as a camp counselor for 5 summers, spent 2 years as an after school aid, and then was a hiking/camping trip leader for all four years of college (Which included me getting my Wilderness First Responder certification with a recertification course as well). I also have a 13 year old brother who is on the Autism spectrum who I would watch at times while I lived at home. I have always had a great time working with kids and while I know it can come with challenges, it's always something that can be worked through. I pride myself of having a good amount of patience and being empathetic towards everyone. I graduated from the University of Redlands in 2019 with a degree in film studies/production. I love being outside and getting to be my inner child like self! I am also happy to help with any and all tasks around the house! I hope to hear from you soon!
