More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a substitute preK teacher for a year in 2009. I have 2 children of my own, 15 and 2. I’ve also helped raise my nephew from birth who is now 15. I also baby sit my friends 3 yr old.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Teaching Letters, teaching numbers, drawing, coloring, play dough, moon sand, chalk, going to the park, going on nature walks, trying to learn and teach sign language (me Learn to teach daughter haha), dancing (mostly to Disney sound tracks), occasionally baking (small treats kids can partake in like cookies or rice crispy treats), and so much more. I try to DISCOURAGE screen time and find other ways to keep them active, body AND mind.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Always being fair and making sure the children I’m watching feel safe and loved and happy while their mommies and daddies aren’t around.

I love when I’m making my children smile and laugh. Or when they randomly say something that I taught them. Like an “ah uh!” Moment. It’s the best.
