In this role, I care for children daily, support their learning and development, and help maintain consistent routines such as meals, naps, playtime, and activities. I’ve gained hands-on experience managing different ages, behaviors, and personalities while creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. Working closely with other teachers and communicating with parents has helped me become attentive, patient, and dependable.
