Hi, my name is Jaide! I am 21 years old, I was born and raised in Helena, Montana, and I have a strong passion for caring for others. I have hands-on experience looking after my niece from a young age until she started school, and I continued to care for her during the summers. That experience helped me develop patience, responsibility, and a genuine love for working with children.

Currently, I work as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), where I support individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care. Through this role, I’ve learned how to be attentive, dependable, and compassionate in meeting each person’s unique needs.
