I came from a large family, and I was a nanny for 5 years before I got married and became a mother myself. I took a break from nanny jobs for 10 years so that I could grow my own family and get into a settled routine. I am now ready to start childcare in my home along with my family and I'm so excited to begin this new journey!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
As a family, we love to do crafts at the table. We color with gel pens, crayons, & colored pencils on a daily basis. Once in a while we get messy and pull out the glitter, glue, scissors, and tape. We make homemade play dough and slime. We love to be busy in the kitchen and we bake bars, cookies, and cupcakes.
We love to read books and listen to music. In the summer time, we play a lot outside. I love to interact with kids and see their personalities come out in the cutest ways!

The most important part about being a nanny is being there as a constant support and encouragement for kids. Children need to know they are loved and they need a structured, stable environment to thrive and be the best they can be.
