It’s important to create a caring and positive environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. This also means being patient, kind, and able to stay calm in different situations. Good communication with both the children and their parents is key, as well as having the energy to actively engage with the kids rather than just supervising them. Overall, being dependable and genuinely caring about the children you watch is what matters most.
