Hi! My name is Jamaya Tookes. I love working with children. I have years of experience working with children from different backgrounds and working on behalf of children. I have worked at a summer camp run by the Paideia School and a summer camp run by the Emmaus House. I also have tutored children in math and reading. I also have interned at The Performance Project, a nonprofit that works to bring art to children who are not privileged financially. I have also worked as a lead daycare teacher where I worked with ages 1 & 2 and preschool (ages 3 & 4).
