The most important thing is to treat them like your own and respect the family at all times. Being there everyday is mandatory because you are their only employer! Being on time to work!

Also I would need the job to be nearby, either walkable or Uber-affordable. :) I was able to raise my children in San Diego without a car, (we walked a lot!) but I realize that's not so do-able in Los Angeles, especially if you require daily children trips.
I have taken Red Cross First Aid CPR courses.
I am fully vaccinated.
