The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite (and most memorable!) is when I noticed the baby I was babysitting was finally using and picking up on the sign language I was subtly teaching! Baby sign language makes for clear communication between adult and baby, and i’m so happy I was able to be present to see it in motion!
