The most important part about being a nanny...

To me, the most important part about being a nanny is of course safety. Aside from that, just having my own personal relationship with the little ones is a huge part of the job to me. This is where they feel comfortable with me and have trust in me do have their best interest at heart.

Whenever I establish a relationship with my young ones, what I enjoy the most is when they recognize me and get excited to have me. It makes me feel so accomplished and it can be so rewarding!
