The most important part about being a nanny...
• One of my favorite moments working with infants and toddlers at the daycare was when a little girl, who was initially shy and hesitant to join group activities, finally smiled and ran over to join her peers during circle time. Seeing her come out of her shell and start engaging with the other kids was such a special moment. It reminded me how important it is to create a safe and welcoming space for children to grow and build confidence.
