Hi My name is Janisah, I am a High school graduate & a mom!Now in blinn for nursing!I have a lot of experience with kids since i was 14. I have worked at Jam academy and had a small group of 10 girls. I do have my own vehicle that will allow me and the children to go places if needed such as summer activities, event, or a simple outing.I recently have worked at Zenith as a shift supervisor, an after school program at Krause elementary school in Brenham with a group of 11 kids ranging from K-4th grade, with that job I obtained a daycare license to be able to work professionally. I am very good with keeping an eye out on multiples as I have done the job of watching 11 kids alone , I hope you would be understanding and be able to trust I am capable and with any problems. I also have obtained a job at the busy bees daycare and helped close while caring for infants but mostly toddlers! So my experience is very diverse! More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have worked with kids 5-7 at a summer program called “JAM Academy” in brenham Texas! It has been closed the last year with Covid. I also worked for an afterschool program “Zenith” with 11 kids ranging from K-4 grade and with that job i earned my daycare license, the reason I can not work anymore at that job is for the fact Head Corp is in Houston so Brenham will not be available in the program the following years because of the distance and covid.! I also have worked at busy bees daycare where I cared for infants and 2-3 years olds most of the time. During that job it was my job to care for the child including breakfast lunch and snack, diaper changes, learning and supervision at all times!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being with kids gives a rush of energy! But talking seriously ever since knowing I was going to become a mother it has always scared me of the fact that “I might have to leave my baby with someone I have never met” and I feel as having a baby you get worried of the little things...my goal is to change that stereotype of being such a scared mom and to having a mom/ family look at me knowing I will care for the children(s) well being without worries.I have always worked with kids and multiples and now it’s the fact that maybe I can find a job I don’t have to stress about finding a place of care for my child if i become a care source for another.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Most funny nanny moment: I was caring for a 8 month old baby and as I was putting the 2nd pamper underneath the used one to make a quick change I ended up getting sprayed just a tad on the chest.
