"Janna has been absolutely a dream! I wasn't sure what to expect when hiring a nanny. Janna blew any expectation I had away! She is kind, patient and my girls have so much fun with her. She makes getting them ready for school special by making fun breakfasts, doing their hair so cute and taking them on special treat days before school. My girls are so sad that she is moving but we support her on her journey and hope the best for her. Janna also worked in our home as kind of a home manager. She helped keep our home clean and organized after she took the kids to school. She is amazing at her job. She pays attention to detail and is very organized! Janna goes above and beyond. She is leaving big shoes to fill! Any family will be beyond lucky to have her as their nanny and part of the family!"

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Some of my most meaningful experience comes from working as both a nanny and house manager, where I helped with everything from school drop-offs and meal preparation to household organization and daily routines.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love activities that keep kids active, creative, and having fun. I grew up playing softball and still love sports, so I'm always up for a game in the backyard, teaching new skills, or finding fun ways to get kids moving. I also enjoy making fun snacks, tackling brain teasers and puzzles, doing crafts, helping with homework, exploring outside, and coming up with creative screen-free activities that keep kids engaged and learning without even realizing it.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part of being a nanny is building a genuine connection with the children and becoming someone they trust. Kids remember how you make them feel. While safety and responsibility always come first, I think the most meaningful part of the job is creating a positive environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and free to be themselves. The little things often end up meaning the most, and those everyday moments are what make being a nanny so rewarding.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny memories was helping the girls get ready for school each morning. They loved looking through Pinterest to find fun hairstyles, and together we would recreate them before school. It became a special part of our routine and was a fun way to start the day. Thanks to years of playing softball, where I was known as the team's unofficial braider, I had plenty of practice doing everyone's hair. Seeing how excited and confident they felt walking out the door with their new hairstyle always made my day.

Part-Time Child Care Provider Available in Portland, OR: Levannea L.
hello my name is livi! Im 24 years old, born and raised Oregonian. I have worked with kids for almost 10 years now, I was a preschool teacher for about 4 of those years. After that I continued to baby-sit on my own time. I have more experience working with toddlers but Ive worked with children of all ages. My love for kids started at a young age, it started out as volunteering then it became a career. Im an active person so I like to involve outside time as much as I can when I babysit. I also find myself doing lots of arts and crafts as well as different types of activities with the kiddos I look after. Some parents appreciate summaries of their kids day and that's something I can definitely provide. I can also provide a resume and I'm open for interview as well. Due to the current public events I'm also encouraging and open to extra health precautions.. Im hoping to connect with families and provide care to their little ones!

Hi I’m Taesha I’m 22 years old and have been working in childcare for 6 years now mainly with the infant age group I love working with babies and watching them progress and grow. I have a lot of experience with this younger group and some of the things I do on a day to day with them include the normals changing, feedings, helping them sleep, but I love doing crafts with them and reading and singing and teaching them little things like sign language also that I’m trying to catch on with and learn as well because I do think that’s helpful for them to know and is a great way for them to communicate. I do have my CPR and first aid training and many other infant trainings due to my current job. I’m also a huge animal lover I recently got a little pitty so bring on the animals if you have them! I hope to here from you soon if there’s any questions feel free to message me good luck on your search.
