More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve had the opportunity to care for and work with children of many different ages over the years. I’ve worked as a Behavioral Technician with children ages 4–13, providing one-on-one and classroom support, and I currently work in a preschool with 2–5 year olds. I genuinely love being around children and getting to know their personalities, interests, and little things that make them who they are.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing creative and hands-on activities, like painting, drawing, sensory play, crafts, reading stories, and exploring outside. I also enjoy building with blocks, pretend play, music and dancing, and following their interests to see where their imagination takes them. I really love activities where children can be creative, explore, and learn while having fun.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe and trusting relationship with the child. I want children to feel comfortable being themselves, knowing they are cared for, listened to, and respected. I also believe building trust with the family is just as important, because parents should feel confident knowing their child is in caring and dependable hands.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience working with children with special needs through my time as a Behavioral Technician, supporting children ages 4–13 in both one-on-one and classroom settings. I learned how important it is to be patient, understanding, and flexible because every child communicates and learns differently. I enjoy getting to know each child individually, recognizing their strengths, and finding ways to help them feel supported, confident, and successful.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moments are at the end of the day when I’m saying goodbye to the children and they’re already excited about what tomorrow will bring. It’s such a special feeling knowing that I get to be a small part of their journey and watch them grow into confident, kind, and capable people. I love knowing that the little things we do each day can help shape who they become and how they contribute to the world around them.
