The influence you have on kids. This is where you help guide and love kids— what you say and how you act effects them. Be their roles models and a person to protect them. Make them feel like you’re family is the goal; it’s a level of mutual trust.

I work with a comhabb and respite company for a year and a few months now. I’ve worked with children with autism, Down syndrome, and ADHD.

The most important part about being a nanny...

A child I worked with was autistic and never had ice cream before and now that he’s able to start eating liquids— I saw him smile after his first lick. I felt like it was an intimate moment for family.
