Playing roblox, baking, fun arts and crafts, reading and discussions about what was read, playing school with the little ones where they get to be the teachers. Skiing, ice skating things that seem challenging for a little one but really puts smiles on their faces when they accomplish it.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important thing to me about being a nanny is building those connections with the kids and them knowing that I am a safe space. I also think it’s important to remember that if the parents could really be there they would and there is nothing wrong with needing some help. I understand schedules can be conflicting but I don’t think that having a nanny makes you any less of a parent and I am willingly here to help where it is needed.
