One of my favorite babysitting memories is when I organized a little “mini talent show” for a group of kids I was watching. We sang songs, did silly dances, and put on a fun little play with homemade costumes. Seeing their confidence grow and how proud they were of themselves made me realize how much joy and growth play can bring.
