My experience with special needs children...
my little sister actually has down syndrome and I was her PCA while my parents both were working and during covid it kind of just worked out since we didn’t want people in and out of the house! She has a feeding tube, set feedingtimes, has a diaper that needs to be changed, tube cleanings, bathing/mouthfeedings, and of course just love and attention!
The company allowed for parents to be PCAs which my dad took over so that is the only reason i am no longer!
