The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments while caring for a newborn was supporting a first-time mom who was feeling overwhelmed and unsure. After spending time helping her understand her baby’s cues and showing her simple ways to soothe and connect, I watched her confidence completely shift.
By the end of my time with her, she went from feeling anxious to truly trusting herself, and that moment of seeing a parent feel empowered and connected to their baby is something that stays with me. It’s why I love what I do.
