One of my favorite nanny moments was watching a child I cared for become more confident and independent over time. Seeing them learn new skills, laugh during playtime, and feel excited to show me what they had accomplished was incredibly rewarding. Building a trusting relationship with both the child and their family and knowing I made a positive difference in their daily life was the most meaningful part of being a nanny.
