I have taken early childhood classes at Penn, it’s where a bunch of 4-5 year olds come into the school and we teach them, make them food, and most importantly have fun. I hope to do something with kids in the future.

I won’t unfortunately have my license until September, it would have been sooner but some unforeseen circumstances came up which resulted in me getting it later. I would also have to stop before school starts and could come back when I get my license

I took the ECE classes at Penn for 2 years, we mainly worked with 4-5 year olds but younger or older is fine. While being in the ECE class we have teached/helped the kids with their numbers, letters, shapes, weather, and their future independent skills need for kindergarten.

My experience with special needs children...

I have a very special place for special needs children. In my ECE and principals of teaching class at Penn. I have worked with the Ex Ed students on two different occasions, by doing so I have made many connections. My brother has autism, now I know that these are more older kids but my cousin is 5 with autism, who recently just became more verbal. I usually in some shape, way, or form have always worked with the special needs.
