I am currently a Middle School Special Education teacher in Spotsylvania County. Me and my family just moved to Richmond in October. I am looking to get a job in Richmond. I have been a nanny for 3 years prior to starting my road in education. I was a nanny for 2 year old twin boys and loved every minute of it. I worked with them until they relocated to North Carolina due to dad being in the Marines. I still speak with them and their parents now and they are in middle school. I love to go and watch them all grown up playing sports that I used to play with them while being their nanny. I have worked in many daycare settings as well. I have experience with all age groups. I also helped take care of 9 nephews and 2 nieces.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Playing outside, any and all sports, crafts, building with legos or blocks, puzzles, going to the playground, going on walks, bike rides.

I have 7+ years experience working with children with special needs. I have been a paraprofessional as well as currently teaching. I have experience with all ages from 5-22. I also have experience with multiple different disabilities. Many severe and many higher function children.
