The part that matters the most to me are the skills that are needed for a child to be great. I understand that sometimes your child might be with me more than with their parents and it's important that we are on the same page with morals and standards that we both genuinely want for this child to grow up to be great. I still keep in touch with a child that I had as a newborn in daycare and he is now 9.

I love when kids finally warm up to you and begin to recognize that you're there for them I love when a baby/toddler learns that they can trust you and just to know that this little human being is capable of trust and unconditional love is amazing too me.
