The most important part about being a nanny...
Keeping them safe and treating them with care. I have 4 kids and my biggest fear was always someone mistreating them or hurting them. Trust is so important. Because our children are the most important things we have.
My experience with special needs children...
My oldest son is on the spectrum, other then him I haven't work with many other disabled children or special needs children. But I am open to it. I also worked in home health and assisted living with elderly.
The most important part about being a nanny...
They are all equally special to me. Seeing them smile, laugh, and grow is my favorite thing. Getting to love on them and cuddle them, encourage them and build them up is such a treasure.
