I worked at a summer camp for kids with disabilities in my hometown called camp Ahwaga for 2 years as a camp counselor. I ran activities with them, helped the kids when needed during educational activities, and participated in games with them.
I also ran swim lessons when I was a part of the swim team at Misericordia. During this time, I worked with kids of various ages, skill levels in the water, and diagnoses such as down syndrome and autism.

While working with kids I enjoyed coming up with fun activities for them to engage in that are creative and interactive.
