I love being outside and play sports with children since I am a very sporty person. I also love reading to them, being able to see them so focused and amused is the cutest thing!
The most important part about being a nanny...
In my opinion the most important part about being a nanny is to never forget that you give the children the same amount of respect that you would give anyone else. Even though they are young is does not mean you belittle them, or their thoughts or what they want to do. As well as watching your actions since they do look up.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with special needs kids of all ages. I actually volunteered in what we called "field day." It is a sporting event where so many kids come together and compete in different activities. I played the role of assisting them and cheering them on, and I loved it. Being the person to push them and help them believe in themselves and also seeing the smiles on their faces when they do finish makes me happy.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I have not been a nanny before but working at a daycare I would say my favourite moment is being able to see the kids faces light up and be so excited when they saw me walk through the door.
