The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is helping a child grow, feel comfortable and safe. When the parents have to work it is a blessing to help challenge a child's mind with age appropriate activity and help that child master a goal of growth such as pull up their pants or how to hold a pencil. Its also important to have the trust from the parents that their child is in safe hands that they do not have to worry that their child is not having fun.

The only special needs that I have experience is with 7 to 10 year old and I worked with them in a school district.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moments is when I bring art activities for the children and they create art for their parents. Its sweet to see their little creative minds come up with beautiful art.
