A little bit about me

I began watching kids at age 11 1/2. I have always had a love for kids and have continued in life working with them. I was a nanny for 2 differnt families going through a divorce back in 1995 and then the other in 1996. I babysat for the majority of families in my church and sometimes they'd combine families in one of their homes and I'd have up to 8 little ones at a time. I've babysat everything from healthy children, drug addicted to special needs. I drove a school bus for 10 years up until 2016 and again I drove special needs, emotional disturbed children and healthy kids. I love them all. I have experience with with infants all the way until teenagers. I've raised two of my own and now enjoy caring for others. I do crafts, clean up, music time, with the kids and if there are lessons they have or anything else you may want I'm open. At the most recent nanny job i bathed and got ready for school and transported the 6 year old to school and horse lessons. I take them.on outings and have developed a reward chart as encouragement. She also has a 2 year old sister where we began potty training and of course working on basics like colors and counting. She also did swim lessons. I had their cousin also who was 2 1/2 I was potty training and we worked on shapes, colors and counting. I consider it all joy. I truly love the kids I care for and put all I have into them. I have 31 years experience with kids. My availability is pretty much open though I'd prefer my weekends off.
