My childcare experience includes caring for children from infancy through early adolescence. I have regularly babysat four girls, ages 1, 4, 11 & 13, assisting with diaper changes, potty training, meals, & creating fun, age appropriate activities in a safe and nurturing environment. Additionally, I occasionally babysat a 3 year old boy whose family stayed at one of my mom’s employer’s homes. Which I was personally referred by my mom’s employers, family friends, to provide attentive & reliable care. I am also often the person my aunts call when they have an emergency & need a babysitter.

The most important part of being a nanny is providing children with a safe, nurturing environment where they feel confident being themselves, encouraged to think outside the box, & supported as they grow. I believe all ideas should be welcomed and respected, allowing children to explore, learn, develop creativity, independence, & self confidence.

I have experience working with children with special needs, including children on the autism spectrum. I provide patient, compassionate care and create structured environments where children feel safe and supported. I use consistency & positive reinforcement to encourage confidence, independence, and emotional growth.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was watching a 3 yr old boy I cared for who I also taught swim lessons to, build the courage to swim independently. After weeks of working together, he proudly showed his parents what he had learned. Seeing his confidence grow and knowing that our time, trust, and training had paid off was incredibly rewarding. It was a beautiful moment to witness him feel safe, capable, and confident in the water.
