"Jessica nannied for me when we lived in Minnesota. I have a daughter who was 1 at the time. My schedule was all over the place and most of the time I needed her a lot of late nights. Jessica was so flexible and willing to help make my life so much easier. As a first time parent especially, it’s hard to trust your kid with just anyone. But I had full trust in Jessica to take care of my daughter’s needs. Jessica is so great with kids. She’s not one of those nannies that just throws the tv on for your kid and collects a paycheck, she really cares. She played with my daughter, read her books, took her on walks, ect and went above and beyond what I asked of her. Jessica has integrity and true moral courage. She is so easy to work with, she takes instruction well, and is a great communicator when plans change. I would 100% recommend her to anyone. Your kids are in good hands with her!"

Being a nanny to me is a huge and important job, and not one to be taken lightly. I think taking care of the physical, mental, emotional health, as well as encouraging then in they're dream, talents, hobbies, interests, etc... Is so so important!
My experience with special needs children...
I've worked with several children with ADHD. I've also done some work with FASD and Autism, when I was a camp counselor.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Gosh, there are way too many! I had a lot of fun with my two kiddos this past summer. I think what I loved best was seeing how they grew and learned new skills, and how they were so excited to show/tell me about it all!
