My name is Jessica, but everyone calls me Ikka. I have been a nanny for over 11 years. I love reading, sci fi, art, cooking and crafting. I believe strongly in compassionate childcare and have background in Montessori, RIE and I like the "whole brained child" approach to child care. I like to create a calm and consistent routines that are fun, active and educational. I love kid art and making forts. I am good at making whole food meals and snacks and I don't mind doing a bit of light cleaning during the day. I am looking for a kind and chill family who has excellent communication skills. I would ideally do a split shift in a share for kids who are school aged. My back can't handle carrying babies anymore unfortunately.
