Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’ve spent the past several years working closely with kids in a variety of settings, from infants to pre-teens. I nannied for a wonderful little one from 8 to 18 months and have worked as an assistant in a Montessori classroom with toddlers (18–36 months) for over three years. I also float in the Children’s House classrooms (ages 3–6), giving me daily experience with a wide range of early childhood developmental stages.
Beyond the classroom, I’ve coached lower elementary soccer (ages 6–9) and have two years of experience coaching upper elementary basketball (ages 9–12), helping children learn teamwork, build confidence, and have fun.
I am CPR and First Aid certified, have completed Vermont’s mandatory reporter training, and have undergone full background checks and fingerprinting for my current school position. I’ve also accumulated over 60 hours of professional development focused on early childhood education.
