I feel it’s important to understand that all children learn and grow at their own pace. That is a very important factor to consider with each child so that when you communicate with them! I have worked with children with special needs specifically non verbal Autism so certain methods of communication work differently for them! You want to be in the child’s level so that they can understand! Showing them love and affection is very important to me, I feel loved on kids are just happier kids! I love on my kids at home and they are some of the happiest girls you’ll ever meet! I would love someone’s child as I do my own! I would love to be a positive role model, someone a child can feel comfortable coming to me with anything!
