Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a nanny for 4 year in college for a family of 3 children (infant, 2 years, & 5 years).
I have worked as a swim coach and trainer for children ages 6 months to 18 years for 7 years.
I have worked as an ABA therapist with children ages 4-12 for 4 years.
I have been a baby sitter for many families starting at age 12 (my cousins) and started working with other families at age 16, so many years!
I work in mental health at the residential level of care but am currently taking classes to get my masters in clinical psychology.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Anything outdoors! I like to use up that energy kids have outside and preferable away from any screens. If permitted, I try to have no screen time while working and spending time with the kiddos. Activities outside include, games, walks, parks, etc. If indoors, play games, puzzles, color, help with homework, etc.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Honestly, I don’t feel as though I am missing out on not yet having children of my own yet. I am a kid at heart and love seeing young and innocent little humans grow, learn, explore, learn to be kind and truly make you regain your faith in mankind sometimes! Plus, my energy matches them most of the time, so it’s always fun when they don’t get tired of you! 😉
