A little bit about me

I grew up as the middle child in a big family with two older and two younger siblings, which taught me early on the value of balance, patience, and connection. My career in early childhood education began as an assistant teacher, and over the course of 8–9 years I worked my way up to becoming the director of my own center. Along the way, I’ve created educational lessons and themes, supported children with homework, and enjoyed making learning fun both inside and outside the classroom. I especially love incorporating the outdoors—whether through hikes or hands-on experiences—as a way to extend learning beyond four walls. Recently, I moved to Oregon to be closer to family and am excited to continue growing both personally and professionally in this new chapter.
