I have experience caring for and working with children with special needs through my roles in daycare facilities and other childcare settings. One of my favorite nanny moments is watching a child reach a milestone that they’ve been working toward, whether it’s learning a new skill, saying a new word, gaining confidence, or accomplishing something they’ve struggled with. Being able to encourage and support children as they grow is incredibly rewarding. I also love building strong relationships with families and creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy, and excited to learn each day. As a mom myself, I understand how meaningful it is to know your child is loved and cared for, and being able to provide that peace of mind to families is one of the most rewarding parts of childcare.
